I LOVE Infinity! I was in at the beginning and have been using the app for almost 2 years. What can I say. My team and I use it to map out social media and communicate with each other on strategy and changes. It's way prettier than Trello, lots of the same functionality but seems to have more creative flexibility. I don't get as confused as I did when I used Trello. Excellent in so many ways. Prior to moving everything to Infinity we were using Trello and a a variety of other productivity and data management tools. Thanks to Infinity's flexibility and wide feature set, we've been able to consolidate everything under one roof. The system is well organized, feature packed, ultra stable, and it a pleasure to use - and we're using it daily so if it wasn't we'd know by now. After six months I can honestly say I think we will be with Infinity for many years to come. And the support is always superb. On the rare occasion we can't figure something out there's always been timely help at hand, and I can't think of an occasion where we have been able to do what we were wanting to do. So a big shout out to the support team at Infinity. I wish this amazing product had been around years earlier, as there have been so many times when a tool like this would have transformed many of the projects we were working on back then, and made them so much easier to keep on top of.

- Integrations are very limited right now (though they are expected later this year) - Only Zapier is there currently

Been using it for a couple weeks now and really like it. The team likes the ease of use with the flexibility for each team member to have a view customized to their preference. We were using Excel mixed with trello for weekly priorities and this makes having one setup where we can move things fluidly.

Things I would like to see @slnet

- Voting: for public boards and allowing users to vote on features to help set a roadmap template.
- Assigning Tasks: ability to involve team members from the task view which will automatically add them to the involved.
- Task Due Dates: ability to assign due dates to each task is helpful for multi task items with different timelines for different steps.

The last two were recently introduced to trello and something we really liked the ability to do.

I found this tool several months ago when they ran their Lifetime special offer and I snapped it up hoping the company would stick around. I'm very happy with this purchase and I find the tool more to my liking after doing a trial of air table and subscribing to asana and monday (which has a much higher price point). I really like the monday interface, but I find the infinity UI provides greater flexibility to track projects to collaborate with others. This is my go-to app now to track status or create checklists for various projects.

And shout out to the support team for being so responsive. This tool has had a positive impact on my productivity and (gasp) it's fun using the tool to track projects. What more can I ask for?

I discovered Infinity in April 2018 while on my long journey to replace the incredible app that was IQTELL. I received my beta invite for the launch of Infinity version 1 on May 4, 2018, and was blown away. The original beta version of Infinity was groundbreaking. The nesting features and infinite structure had me salivating. I was loving the setup process. Then, abruptly on June 30th, after only 57 days of use, I received an email with the subject, "We're Making Infinity 'UX Pivot'". What!? That email told me everything I needed to know about Stefan, Ivan, Aleksander, Boka, and the entire Infinity team. They are incredibly committed, conscientious, diligent, organized, and FEARLESS! They stopped everything and rebuilt the entire app from the ground up after less than 60 days in beta. Who does that?! That was an incredibly gutsy move and I have been blown away ever since.

The "new" Infinity is simply awesome. It is an incredibly flexible and unique productivity tool with impressive capabilities and a beautiful UI. Everything they added: dashboards, tabs, views, charts, graphs, Gantts, galleries, and more is designed to help you build your personal workflow. I absolutely love it!

I own a personal lifetime account and our company owns a second fully stacked lifetime account that we use daily for everything from internal user request forms to tracking entire redevelopment and architectural buildout projects. I have a much harder time finding things that it can't do than things it can!

Oh, yeah, and the community that is growing up around Infinity is pretty spectacular too. I've been through this before with Evernote, IQTELL, Trello, and Notion. This feels like that. Enthusiasm on both sides of the tool. I can't recommend it enough!

As a librarian, I love organizing. I've used a bunch of different sites like wrike and trello,, but they never had what I wanted. Infinity has everything I want, except maybe I good mind map, but I can imagine if asked by enough users they'd create one. I'm able to keep track of meal prep, recipes, books I want to read, bills, and personal things. But I'm also able to do a bunch of work things. I have my library projects as well as some freelance work I do. And I'd like to write a novel like everyone else in the world and I find Infinity conducive to plotting. It's the perfect product. I love the built in templates especially the course building one, which I use to create library or personal PowerPoints. I recommend this product to anyone who loves organization.

The nice thing about the product is also the most challenging. To make the most of it you need to be able to use your imagination. Once you do, it's easy to get carried away.
Luckily their support staff is amazing and totally dedicated to making sure you succeed.

I love Infinity tool. Once I got on infinity, I got rid of Trello and Notion both. Infinity tool is very flexible. It has helped significantly in my workflow. I have been using a lot of systems in the past that tries to keep things together - just recently, we discovered Infinity. Infinity gave the flexibilty that enabled us to managed each of our staff's task! Schedules, realtime tasks thru time stamps, gantt charts, column views... I hope they have mind mapping features soon...

it has enrich feature even at startup and growing gradually, i don't see any other product has this much feature in this price.

Infinity concept is so easy to understand and user friendly. even, don't require any extensive training, it'll train you as you go along with infinity.

I absolutely love this platform! I got the business plan and am so happy with it! The team is working hard to make this an incredible product! The support is out of this world too. One time (maybe 4 months back) I had a little glitch with reorganizing an imported Trello board… the team was very responsive and solved the glitch in a short amount of time. There is so much potential with Infinity and the ability to reorganize the data in a way, or multiple ways, that give you better insight into your planning is powerful. I bought and started using Infinity this week as an alternative to Trello, and I was really impressed.

I had some questions regarding functionality and use cases so I posted in the FB group, their founder Stefan gave me an unbelievably detailed response with a ton of use cases I hadn’t even thought of!

I’ve also noticed this is a highly developed and well maintained product, with big plans for further development and powerful integrations! They’re also developing a Mac App which to go along with a pretty decent iOS app.

Conclusion - I upgraded my initial purchase to a business plan and am all in. I highly recommend Infinity!
