Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the development team
- Hire, train, and retain top technical talent
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and best practices
- Design, implement, and optimize new features for Infinity's platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to enhance user experience
- Refactor and modernize legacy code
- Improve code quality through testing, automation, and code reviews
- Oversee system modifications and enhancements
- Conduct security audits and implement improvements
- Guide the team in resolving technical challenges and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven managerial experience in leading development teams
- Advanced proficiency in PHP and JavaScript
- Strong expertise in Laravel and Vue.js frameworks
- Experience in setting up and managing development tools and infrastructure
- Knowledge of automation and release process improvement
- Demonstrated experience developing complex web applications
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Git
- Problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fluency in English
- A curious and investigative mindset, eager to unravel complex technical challenges
